Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before your order is dispatched. You can request for a cancellation by emailing us at houseofkadhaee@gmail.com or by giving us a call at +91-95019-80927. 

If you have made an online payment for your order, we will initiate the refund after confirming your cancellation. 

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you can request for a refund within 7 days from the date of your order delivery. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the tag intact, and in its original packaging. We will not accept a refund if the tag has been removed or the product has been used. 

We accept refund requests in the case of damage or defect in the product at the time of shipping, or if you are not satisfied with the colour or quality of the product. 

In order to request for a refund, please click and share pictures of the damage/defect in the product along with your reason to return with us at houseofkadhaee@gmail.com. You can also contact us at +91-95019-80927 to assist you with requesting for a return. 

Once your refund request has been accepted, we will initiate a return pickup from your address. We will initiate the refund amount once the product is received back and passes quality check. Once approved, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 working days. 

The shipping charges for the forward and reverse shipment will be borne by the client, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We will provide you with the receipts of the shipping charges. 

Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you can request for an exchange within 7 days from the date of your order delivery. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the tag intact, and in its original packaging. We will not accept an exchange if the tag has been removed or the product has been used. 

We accept exchange requests in the case of damage or defect in the product at the time of shipping, or if you are not satisfied with the colour or quality of the product. For co-ord sets, we provide exchange in case of issues with size as well.

Once your exchange request has been accepted, we will initiate a return pickup from your address. We will ship the new product once the previous product is received back and passes quality check. The shipping charges for the reverse shipment will be borne by the client. 

For exchange, in case the new product costs above the price of the previous product, the balance payment will be collected in advance.
