Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us at houseofkadhaee@gmail.com or call us at +91-95019-80927.
If you have made an online payment, we will initiate the refund after confirming your cancellation.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy. You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of your order delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with the tag intact, and in its original packaging. Refunds will not be accepted if the tag is removed or the product is used.
Refund requests are accepted only for damaged or defective products received at the time of shipping. To request a refund, please email pictures of the damage/defect to houseofkadhaee@gmail.com.
Once your refund request is accepted, we will provide the return address details. The client will bear the shipping charges for the reverse shipment.
The refund amount will be initiated once the product is received back and passes the quality check. Approved refunds will reflect in your bank account within 5-7 working days.

Exchange Policy
